Barbie Almalbis to Hold 25th Anniversary Concert
Singer Barbie Almalbis, who is also a mom of two, celebrates 25 years in the music industry with a concert on March 11.
Barbie Almalbis is kicking off her 25th anniversary in the music scene as she celebrates it with a concert on March 11. The concert dubbed Fire Woman: 25 Years of Barbie Almalbis will be held at 123 Block, Mandala Park starting at 2 pm in Mandaluyong City.
Her former bandmates from Hungry Young Poets and Barbie’s Cradle will be joining her, too. Other guests include Sandwich, Gab Alipe of Urbandub, Clara Benin, I Belong To The Zoo, Kai del Rio, and Bird.
Ticket prices start at P1,500 for Regular and P2,400 for VIP.
Still performing and juggling family life
Barbie, whose hits include “Ambon,” “Firewoman,” and “High” performed last year with fellow rock singers Acel Bisa, Aia de Leon, Hannah Romawac, Kitchie Nadal, and Lougee Basabas in a concert called TANAW and TANAWIN.
On top of her singing career, Barbie is also a wife and mother. She has been married to artist Martin Honasan since 2006. Moreover, she is a mother of two kids—Liam Israel and Noa Stina.
