Bianca Gonzalez’s Daughter Lucia Gets Her First Vaccine

Bianca Gonzalez-Intal posts her daughter, Lucia, getting her first vaccine!

TV host Bianca Gonzalez-Intal on Tuesday, February 8 shared that her daughter Lucia finally got jabbed with her first dose of vaccine.

“The moment JC and I have been looking forward to, having Lucia vaccinated to help protect her from the virus,” Bianca shared on Instagram. ” Thank you sooo much to our amazing pedia Doc @romeonuguidmd and to Doc @ayenuguid… you are ROCKSTARS. Grabe walang pahinga umaga hanggang gabi! Thank you to all the nurses and staff of Pediatrico and the entertainers who made this smooth and enjoyable for all the kids!!!!!! Thank you for your hard work!”

The photos were shared by Bianca’s husband, former basketball player JC Intal, who accompanied Lucia during the vaccination.

Brave Lucia during vaccine

Bianca also shared that Lucia did not expect the entertainment when she got her vaccine.

“We told Lucia that she was going to the doctor for her injection just like we had, but she didn’t expect all the balloons, characters, and goodies and she was so happy and kilig to see it all,” Bianca said. “What a brave girl our Lucia was. Thank you mahal for bringing her.”

The Pinoy Big Brother host also told parents whose kids are 5-11 years old to keep on checking details from their local government units for schedules of the vaccination and to consult with their doctor.

Vaccination for kids

Lucia is among the latest batch of kids to get their first vaccine for COVID-19. On Monday, February 7, actress Judy Ann Santos and TV host Ryan Angoncillo shared photos of their children Luna and Lucho getting their first dose of vaccines.

Vaccination for kids ages 5-11-year old was announced by the government last January after studies showed that the Pfizer vaccine was suitable for children.

The rollout is expected to help the government meet its target to get everyone vaccinated in the country.
