Billy Crawford and Joaquin Domagoso are Among Ani ng Dangal Awardees
Billy Crawford, Joaquin Domagoso, and Dolly de Leon were among the personalities bestowed the Ani ng Dangal for their contribution to culture and the arts.
Celebrity dads Billy Crawford and Joaquin Domagoso added another achievement to their respective careers. On Wednesday, February 22, the two stars were among those recognized for their contribution and were given the Ani ng Dangal awards during the National Commission for Culture and the Arts awarding ceremony in Malacañang.
Billy was recognized for his contribution to dance. Joaquin on the other hand was recognized for his acting in The Boy in the Dark. Additionally, actress Dolly de Leon was recognized for her contributions to cinema.
Coleen Garcia, Billy’s wife, shared some photos prior to the ceremony where President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and his wife, First Lady Liza Marcos were in attendance.
Recognition for their craft
Billy and Joaquin’s achievements come as the country celebrates National Arts Month. Aside from their careers, both have been making time to be dads to their kids as well.
Billy recently released his new song “Love is in the Air” where Coleen and their son made an appearance. Joaquin meanwhile balances his career and being a father to his son Scott with partner Raffa Castro.
