Muhlach Family Signs Contract With TV5 for a Series of Projects
Aga, Charlene Muhlach, and their kids Andres and Atasha, signed a deal with TV5 with Viva Entertainment for many projects, including a sitcom.
The Muhlach family is going to be on screen together very soon! Last January 26, Aga Muhlach, his wife Charlene Gonzalez, and their kids Andres and Atasha signed a contract with TV5—alongside Viva Entertainment.
In the announcement posted on social media, the Muhlach family was with Viva’s big boss Vic Del Rosario, his children Vincent and Valerie, as well as TV5 chairman Manny Pangilinan. Also present were the executives of TV5, Cignal TV, and Mediaquest.
“All in God’s perfect time. An event that’s very special and meaningful to me as a husband, father, and actor. A lot of you I want to thank for making this happen! ” Aga wrote, expressing the family’s joy over the partnership.
No specific projects have been announced, aside from a family sitcom in the works.
“Thank you to our new family @tv5manila . So excited to share with all of you our upcoming family sitcom coming soon on @tv5manila,” Charlene added.
Entering and returning to showbiz
The announcement marks a return for Charlene into the limelight, after taking time off to raise Atasha and Andres. Atasha last year entered showbiz by signing a contract with Viva Artist Agency and releasing a song. She is also one of the co-hosts of Eat Bulaga on TV5.
Andres on the other hand will formally enter showbiz after completing his studies abroad. Aside from doing commercials with his family, Andres has also appeared for a local clothing brand.
Aga, meanwhile, is busy with several films and TV projects. His latest movie with Julia Barretto, Ikaw Pa Rin Ang Pipiliin Ko, is set for release on February 7, 2024.
