Almira Muhlach Says Yes to Boyfriend Erwin Lim’s Proposal
Actress Almira Muhlach shares photos of her engagement to longtime boyfriend Erwin Lim on Instagram.
Actress Almira Muhlach is set to walk down the aisle again soon. On November 9, the mother of three confirmed that she is engaged to boyfriend Erwin Lim.
“Officially engaged,” she captioned the photo followed by a verse from Isaiah 60:22.
In a separate post, Almira shared how Erwin proposed to her with the help of some of her friends.
“It took nearly a decade but it finally happened in ‘God’s Perfect Time’,” she wrote. “While we were on vacation in Alula Saudi and enjoying a night filled with love and laughter, I never expected this beautiful moment to happen. It was indeed the greatest surprise of my life!!!”
Among those who were tagged were their good friends Gema Gochuico-De Luna, Kara Santy, Shan Dioquino David, and Albert Mundo.
Several of Almira’s friends such as Sunshine Cruz, David Lichauco, Charlene Gonzalez-Muhlach, and Princess Punzalan sent their well wishes to the couple.
A second chance in love
Before finding love again with Erwin, Almira was the wife of former basketball star Paul Alvarez. The couple shares three daughters – Alyssa, who is a beauty queen and actress, Illa, and Ina.
Among Almira’s projects include Love Thy Woman, Alyas Batman En Robin, Mano Po Legacy: The Family Fortune, and Black Rider, currently airing on GMA.
Almira belongs to one of the Philippines’ well known showbiz clans, the Muhlachs, which includes siblings, Arlene Muhlach and Aga Muhlach. Congratulations Almira and Erwin!
